Shipping Rates

Slovak Republic – For orders under €49, a flat shipping fee applies:

• Packeta (to a pickup box or to an address): €2.90

• Slovak Post (to an address): €3.50
  (Cash on delivery, bank transfer, PayPal, credit/debit card via Stripe)

Czech Republic – For orders under €99, a flat shipping fee applies:

• Packeta: €3.90

• Slovak Post: €4.90
  (Prepayment only – bank transfer, PayPal, credit/debit card via Stripe)

Europe – For orders under €99, a flat shipping fee applies:

• Slovak Post: €6.90

• Packeta (only to selected countries): €6.90
  (Prepayment only – bank transfer, PayPal, credit/debit card via Stripe)

Worldwide – For orders under €99, a flat shipping fee applies:

• Slovak Post: €10.90
  (Prepayment only – bank transfer, PayPal, credit/debit card via Stripe)

Delivery, Payment & Handling

We ship orders via Slovak Post or Packeta. Shipping costs are added to the price of the goods at checkout. In the event that part of your order needs to be shipped later, no additional shipping fees will be charged for the remaining items. A shipping confirmation email will be sent once your order has been handed over to the carrier, provided a valid email address has been supplied.

• Cash on delivery (Slovak Republic only)

If you prepay your order and the item is temporarily out of stock, it will be shipped as soon as your order is complete. In the event that an ordered title is no longer available, we will issue an immediate refund.
