LALLI [from Lat. lullabies] represents a cycle of seventeen miniature pieces for violin and piano, composed by Milan Pala over the course of several years, which today form a coherent, full-length work. The individual movements arose from personal impulses, memories, encounters, and inner reflections, yet they are united by a shared atmosphere of quiet, tenderness and fragility.
