For the attention of fans of folk music and songs from the Kokava Rimavicou bring the first audio CD Kokavský team performers in a series of Series Kokavský musical folklore. Interest to record, archive and publish audio images from this site for folklorists significant ranges to feel com ethnomusicological research in Slovakia, namely the first half of last century. The actual publishing of music media in the past, but was disproportionately striedmejšie than their record. This may be influenced by the fact that music and folklore song from Kokava sounded on the radio, and later on television very often. Folk music and Vojtech Ondrej controller, singers Stephen Beaver, Stephen Šulek, PIPERS George Kubinec represent archetypes of a song or musical folklore of Slovakia. Editorial team works with an extensive archival material, and try some historic recordings of famous musicians and singers Kokavský and put on our CD. However, the main emphasis is placed on presenting contemporary living tradition of singing, because of Kokava Rimavicou known long-conscious cultivation of local culture.
